Since 2005 our Greater Cleveland West office has gone from entering the Western Cleveland market with 20 agents and has grown to over 134 agents! (as of Oct 2009)

All of the agents in the office have partial ownership.  Half of our profits are not forced to go to one owner of a corporation that is not integral to the actual success of our office.  Therefore, the money that is made by the office agents, stays with the office agents!  This allows Keller Williams Offices to continue to afford to stay in business during a time when others fall away.  Our Westlake office is not buried in unnecessary overhead to promote the franchise because that is not what we do.  Our office is focused on keeping the agents strong (profitable) so they can retain more money to reinvest in their business and market their homes better than the competition.


 No Contract Needed!
 
Locally we have heard of companies trying to compete and only offering fair commissions to agents if they sign contracts!  Signing a contract would make you an employee which ties your hands and takes away your freedom to choose.  You are giving up your independent contractor status! 
 
The Keller Williams Greater Cleveland West office does not need to use contracts to keep our agents because the benefits, culture, profits and training is so attractive to agents!   No one is leaving and why would they?
